Some diapers need covers. If you use prefolds, flats, or fitted cloth diapers – you’ll need a cover to go over top. The cover completes the diaper to make it waterproof. We have a variety of different covers in our stash, but lately I’ve been leaning towards supporting WAHM’s. You’ll get a great deal and some of the cutest prints you can find. I just recently added a Zookiescrafts Diaper Cover to my stash and it’s been getting a lot of use.
It’s a one-size (OS) diaper cover with 3 rows of rise snaps on the front to fit babies from 10-35 lbs. Haley is wearing this cover on the middle setting with plenty of room left in the waist to grow. It’s also got 2 rows of snaps at the waist with hip snaps on each side to prevent wing droop and cross over snaps to accommodate itty bitty waists. There’s lots of snap options, so it’s easy to get a good fit. I get a great fit regardless of what I have underneath and it fits over *most* of my fitted diapers. I have a few extra fluffy ones that I have to really stuff inside the cover to get it all in there.
I’ve only had one leak with this cover – BUT a cover is only as a good as what you have underneath. I didn’t provide enough absorbency for Haley to get through the night and the cover just couldn’t contain it anymore. Totally my fault and I won’t be using that specific diaper for night time anymore. Otherwise, it’s worked really well and I continue to use it every time it’s clean. Speaking of clean – you can reuse this cover a few times before washing – as long as it doesn’t get “dirty.”
The cover has held up really well to washing and the print on the outside of the diaper cover hasn’t faded one bit. The inside is PUL (polyurethane laminate) and the outside is 100% cotton. I’ve only dried it in the dryer once (per instructions) to seal holes in the PUL from sewing, but otherwise I just hang it to dry.
Want to know my favorite feature??? It can be used as a swim diaper! No need to buy separate swim diapers!

I love these covers. I am crazy about having different prints in my stash, and I would love to add a few of these. I plan to use mostly prefolds, with a few fitteds thrown into the mix, so I am always on the lookout for new covers. Little man will be here in about 4 months, and I just want to be ready!

The guitar print is very cute. I have not had the opportunity to try these covers but would love to because they look really nice and fit various weight ranges since it is one-size plus it is convenient since it can be used multiple times as long as it doesn’t get dirty. I also like how it is not only a diaper cover but can also be used as a swim diaper).

I’ve never tried a Zookies before but under our covers we usually use just regular prefolds, we have a whole bunch and just trifold them.
Right now I have only solid colors in my stash, so I would love to have some of these adorable prints, especially the dots

When you use it as a swim diaper you don’t put anything underneath. Just use the cover! It’s only meant to catch #2 if it were to happen!

It’s unbelievable how many different prints she has!! It seems like it’s a lot easier to find tons of cute prints in pocket diapers then in covers so these are really nice.

I haven’t started cloth diapering just yet! Waiting for littleman to be born. But covers seem like a great idea for daytime with bamboo or hemp prefolds or inserts. I will definitely be giving them a try! Adorable prints!
