My Favorite Cloth Diapers [Fluffy Fridays]

9 Flares 9 Flares ×

Womp. Womp. It’s Saturday. I’m really not doing well at getting cloth diaper posts up on Friday! I vow to do better in the future! This week I’m linking up with My Cloth Diaper Stash again for her weekly Cloth Diaper 101 Blog Hop. The topic is My Favorite Cloth Diapers. Well, that’s easy. My favorites are the ones that I reach for first. I’ll even search a whole basket of clean diapers to find them. And then I’m sad when I’m all out. So, what do I reach for first?

Cloth Diaper 101 Blog Hop - How and Why I Started to Cloth Diaper

bumGenius FreetimeMy absolute favorite diaper. I won one from the weekly #clothdiapers twitter chat from Cotton Babies. I liked it so much that I went out and bought 6 more! Honestly, I’d love to redo my whole stash with these. The number 1 reason I like them so much is that they don’t require stuffing. With 2 kids in cloth – I go through a lot of diapers. And lots of diapers means lots of stuffing. So I love that I don’t have to stuff these. I grab them right out of the laundry basket and put them right on. I have other AIO’s in my stash, but these take no time at all to dry and I love the stretchy tabs on them. I get such a great fit on both Grady and Haley. Oh – and they work great overnight, too. I just place a small fuzzibunz insert under the 2 flaps and that gets both kids through the night!

Fuzzibunz OS: You’ll recall from last week that I started my cloth diapering journey with 12 Fuzzibunz. That was 2 and 1/2 years ago and I still use and love them. They’ve held up great, fit great, and work for my heavy wetters. I mostly use them on Grady, since the sizing is difficult to change often. I don’t care for the Elite version though. The ones I have are the previous version and I like them so much better. The Elite’s are smaller, have less snaps and just don’t seem as well made to me. I do like the minky inserts though. Out of all the diapers I have, Eric always reaches for the Fuzzibunz – and they’re snaps! You would think he’d like velcro diapers better!

What are your favorite cloth diapers? I don’t need any new diapers, but I’m thinking about trying to score a Ragababe. I’ve heard good things about them!
