When I was pregnant with Grady, I dreaded getting to that point in my pregnancy where I NEEDED to wear maternity clothes. For some reason, I had this idea in my head that all maternity clothes were ugly and frumpy. Good thing I was wrong! With Grady, I just bought the basics: a couple pairs of jeans, black dress pants, some capris for warm weather, and plain, solid colored tops. Luckily, I’m pregnant in the exact same seasons as I was with Grady, so instead of buying all new expensive stuff (most maternity clothes are pretty pricey), I get to wear the same stuff! So this time around, I’m adding in some cute little pieces to compliment all the basics I already have.
So you can bet I was ecstatic when I found out about Kiki’s Fashions! I saw lots of other mommy bloggers rave about these cute, cheap maternity clothes, so I had to check them out for myself! Adorable, fashionable, and reasonably priced! That’s right up my alley!
I’m always a little leery of anything advertised as cheap. Don’t get me wrong, I love a good bargain, but I’m not willing to sacrifice quality just to get a good deal. Fortunately, Kiki’s Fashions has maternity clothes that are both cheap and of great quality! By selling exclusively on the internet, they’re able to save on operating costs, which in turn gives them the ability to offer lower prices!
Kiki’s graciously allowed me to pick an item off their site to review. I choose the Black Striped 3/4 Sleeve Maternity Shirt ($22.99). It unfortunately was out of stock. I expected to wait awhile to get the shirt in the mail, but it came within a week! I normally order size small in maternity clothes, but the website advised ordering up because things tend to run small. I’m so glad I did! It’s just a tad too big at this point, but it will be perfect in a month or two and will last through the rest of my pregnancy. The shirt has a tie in the back, which really helped me to cinch it a little tighter so you couldn’t tell at all that it was a little big! I’ve worn and washed it several times and it still looks as good as new!
Kiki’s Fashions has a great assortment of cheap maternity clothes, including short and long sleeve tops, dresses AND bottoms. Their inventory changes frequently, so you’ll always be in style no matter the season!
